Bermuda lost one of its high-profile residents in 2019. Mr. Ross Perot, an enormously successful and distinguished businessman, philanthropist, and politician, passed away in July at the age of 89. During his residency in Bermuda Mr. Perot invested in the local property market and was responsible for hundreds of jobs created. Mr. Perot’s most recent residential property development occupied much of our time and efforts in 2019. We installed the interior ceilings, baseboards, interior doors, vanities, wine cellar, closets, mouldings, framing and beadboard. Additionally, we fabricated and installed the exterior shutters, gates, pergola, porch beams, railings, fencing and stairs.
The project Contractor was D&J Construction, and the local Architect was OBM International. In addition to the lovely properties built, Mr. Perot’s legacy in Bermuda will continue through his family and the future memories made enjoying their island homes.
